Many women love to wear high heels. They think that high heels make their personalities more attractive. Some like to wear them only in special occasions but some wear it every time. Some take it as the best option to wear while dancing and some wear it to hide their short height. Every woman has her own reasons but it cannot be denied that walking on high heel and even balancing in them is very hard. While balancing there is a negative effect on the spines and hips. 4. Posture can get ruined: The pressure on your legs increase. It also tries to balance the upper part of the body. Many times to balance the upper body, people stand in a strange position.

5. Problem of back ache: In the practice of balancing, spine gets affected and back ache becomes a permanent problem.
